“He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through Him, we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.” Ephesians 2:17-18
Dear Lord, thank You for rescuing us whether we were near or far from You. Many of us feel far away from You - distanced by our circumstances, our pain, our disbelief, our own sin, our failures, our habits or hangups. You span that distance, bringing Your peace to us. Draw us near to You today and make us Your own. Clear away the obstacles before us and be our salvation in Jesus’ name, AMEN.
